We heard people craving quality sandwiches, so we made them. What began as a small shop taught us something bigger — people were hungry for a place to gather. Now open on Calle Loíza, we've created a space where great sandwiches, like our signature Bori Steak, become the reason to sit, share, and stay.

We honor classic recipes, like the Pastrami Tsunami, while staying open to innovation, collaboration, and the diverse flavors that move through our community — like our spicy K-TOWN.
